Jesus prays for all believers: This is so amazing and wonderful that Jesus is praying for us: That's enough to stop and think about but let's press a little deeper into this prayer.

John 17:20-23: I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their words; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

There is so many amazing things going on in this prayer of Jesus's. Here God prescribes how the outside world would come to know Jesus as it's Savior. The prescription is the love of believers one for another. Who is this group of believers? This is every true believer literally the Body and Bride of Christ, no Single denomination no super group yet the entire Body of Christ. He says found in our oneness in Christ, That the world may believe, and that the world may know that the Father sent Jesus as our Savior...

Think-About-It... God has called us to unity in His body, why is that not important to Us? Last thing I want us to see in this text... Jesus tells us that the Father Loves us the same way He loves Jesus!!! WOW... Now that is good news.
